Step 1 – Identify
First of all, you have to know where it is, how much of it there is, and how
dangerous it is. We offer 3 standard types of survey, from a basic visual
inspection to a fully intrusive sampling survey used prior to demolition
or redevelopment.
Most of our clients choose Type 2, in which the building is examined
and samples of accessible material are sent for laboratory analysis.
This survey is cost effective and comprehensive and can be carried

Step 2 – Management
A formal Management Plan is a mandatory HSE requirement. Don’t be
